Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Most items are shipped within 48 hours from our Southern California location (shipping only occurs on weekdays / Mon-Fri - UPS does not deliver on Saturdays).  Estimated shipping time provided at check-out does not include order processing and packaging time.  (If you need your gear for an important big game, email us so that you can ensure that you get what you need when you need it!)   When orders are shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification.  If we expect any delays in shipping, you will be notified of the expected delayed shipping date.

SHIPPING RATES

Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS rates, which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. Your shipping charge will be calculated during checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Fullclipusa.com is able to ship internationally via USPS and UPS.  USPS does not provide international tracking of our shipments.  UPS provides international tracking of shipments.  We will provide UPS international tracking information upon request only.  We will not be responsible for customs and any items they confiscate.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Though, we strive to keep our inventory up to date, occasionally, inventory may be inaccurate.  If there are items that are out of stock, you will be notified by email first (please make sure to always provide a correct and current email address for this reason an email address that you can always check) and then by phone if we do not hear back from you by the end of the day. You will then be given the choice of placing a backorder, substituting another item of the same nature, or canceling the whole or partial order.
